Process Analyst Intern

The person on the project who understands the process best. Interview users, draw process maps, write requirements and test cases, then help the team take the system live. Open to business and information systems students with solid fundamentals.

What you'll do

• Join user interviews and document how people actually do their work
• Draw lightweight BPMN process maps: who does what, and who it goes to next
• Write business requirements and user stories that developers can build from
• Prepare test cases, run UAT with clients and log issues clearly
• Help with data preparation and user training before go-live

What you need

• You're studying or recently graduated in Information Systems, Business, IT or similar
• A grasp of basic data modelling and the ability to write simple SQL
• Strong spreadsheet skills
• Clear written Vietnamese and good reading comprehension in English
• A habit of asking why, and the patience to really listen

Nice to have

• Experience with diagramming tools like draw.io or Miro
• Part-time work in retail, F&B or hospitality, so you know the job from the inside
• Some Python, or a university project with a systems analysis component
