Workflow Developer (Odoo)

Graduate / Junior

Turn real business processes into working systems in Odoo. Start with configuration and Studio, move on to server actions, and write custom Python modules when the problem genuinely calls for it.

What you'll do

Model client processes (ordering, approvals, production, delivery) as Odoo models, views and state flows
Use Odoo Studio and server actions for the simpler cases so systems stay easy to upgrade
Build custom Python modules: models, computed fields, constraints, QWeb reports
Write tests and short docs for your work, and prepare client demos
Fix bugs, speed up slow queries and support go-lives

What you need

Solid Python and a good grasp of object-oriented programming
Working SQL and an understanding of relational data models
Everyday comfort with Git
The ability to read technical documentation in English
Curiosity about how businesses run, not just how code runs

Nice to have

You've installed and played with Odoo before (Community or Enterprise)
Some JavaScript, ideally OWL or another component-based framework
A university or personal project that real people used
